3. After an order has been submitted, a request to cancel the order, refund any part of the ordered amount or change the ordered products will not be accepted.
Shipping Instructions
1.We may arrange different couriers to ship the item according to your destination, if you have specific requirement about the courier, please kindly confirm with us in advance.
2. Shipments will be scheduled once payment confirmed. Usually first pay first ship, kindly make the full payment if you need machines urgently.
3. Buyer is responsible for any customs delays or returns due to lack of proper documentation. Therefore, it is strongly recommended that you comprehend the local customs clearance policies and prepare all necessary customs documents in advance to avoid any customs clearance delays or unexpected costs.
4. If you have any question about the duty fee or tax, better consult the local shipping agents or contact us for assistance, we have to make sure you are clear about the duty and tax.
Warranty
1. A 360-day warranty is provided starting from the date of pick-up from the seller.
2. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who purchased the machine directly from CANAAN.
