In the merchant I can get S17 Pro 50Ths but does S17 53Ths (Without “Pro”) works also of course with firmware between january 2019 and december 2019.?Of course if you still have one miner to sell who fits my needs, I might buy it from you, please let me know as soon as possible (just for you to know I get the S17 Pro 50Ths for 1650 USD + Shipping cost)

The S17 53Ths must be lot less expensive than the Pro one?

89c seems quite high, might affect your miner performance in long-term. Run in cooler environment or reduce OC.
